Real Estate inquiries and transactions have progressed from simple to complex. Technology is a player in every purchase, rental and sale, of real property. Decisions must be made as to the type of representation a buyer or seller expects. How title is taken is critical in light of tax consequences for errors.
Price, size and construction; community amenities, neighborhood market trend and direction, schools, proximity to shopping, medical facilities and entertainment; inspections for home and environment, covenants, conditions and property use restrictions; proposed easements, encumbrances, zoning and assessments are only a few of the issues that need to be addressed prior to sale or purchase of any real property.
Residences must always be looked at as investments. Questions regarding the potential for resale and instructions for maintaining values must be adhered to or it can cost the homeowner dearly in the event of an unexpected job transfer, loss of employment or retirement. Few real estate agents take the time to introduce people to the issues of concern in buying or selling and this is where I can help!
